Estimados Amigos, continuando con los Boletines Informativos emanados por la Federación Venezolana de Dominó “FVD”, acerca de las actividades previstas para el IX CAMPEONATO MUNDIAL DE DOMINÓ, a continuación les informo textualmente del contenido del Boletín Informativo Nº 02.

BOLETÍN INFORMATIVO N° 02

En virtud de innumerables interrogantes relacionadas con la celebración del IX Campeonato Mundial de Dominó de la FID, damos respuesta a algunas preguntas formuladas las cuales esperamos sean de utilidad para todos los atletas participantes.

Preguntas frecuentes:

1. Tengo la obligación de inscribirme en los tres (03) Campeonatos?

Respuesta: No, cada atleta podrá inscribirse en la modalidad que prefiera. El costo de la inscripción está establecido en el Boletín Informativo N° 01.

2. Si soy atleta femenina tengo que jugar la modalidad por parejas con otra atleta?

Respuesta: No, esta modalidad no tiene separación de géneros, por lo tanto todas las parejas serán consideradas iguales. Los atletas podrán conformar parejas de igual o diferente género.

3. Si soy atleta femenina tengo que jugar la modalidad por equipos con otras atletas?

Respuesta: No, esta modalidad no tiene separación de géneros, por lo tanto todos los equipos serán considerados iguales. Se podrán conformar equipos compuestos por atletas de igual o diferente género.

4. Cómo funciona la modalidad por equipos?

Respuesta: Los equipos están conformados por cuatro (04) atletas que jugarán las doce (12) rondas rotándose entre si, de modo que cada atleta jugará cuatro (04) partidas con cada uno de los integrantes del equipo.

5. Cómo opera la situación del suplente en la modalidad por equipos?

Respuesta: En esta modalidad se contempla la posibilidad de sustitución de un (01) atleta por cada equipo. Es la única modalidad que permite esta situación y conlleva la utilización de estrategias de carácter técnico para su eficiente funcionamiento. Es muy útil cuando se presenta la situación de que algún integrante del equipo sea impuesto de tarjeta roja y con otra tarjeta de cualquier color quedaría expulsado de la competencia anulando toda posibilidad de éxito del equipo. También puede ser utilizado como estrategia de refuerzo ante la situación de bajo rendimiento de algún atleta integrante del equipo.

6. Cómo se utiliza el atleta suplente en la modalidad por equipos?

Respuesta: Debe estar inscrito como tal en el lapso correspondiente cancelando también la cuota de inscripción respectiva. Podrá ingresar en cualquier ronda o partida siempre y cuando sea para comenzar la misma, nunca en medio de una partida. Debe anunciarse al árbitro del encuentro al momento del ingreso del suplente, quien lo señalará en la hoja de anotación. El atleta sustituido no podrá reingresar al campeonato bajo ninguna circunstancia.

7. Expulsaron a un atleta integrante de mi equipo con tarjeta negra, puedo sustituirlo?

Respuesta: No, si esta situación ocurre no podrá en ningún caso ser remplazado el atleta expulsado, el equipo quedará con tres (03) atletas dando forfait en una mesa por el resto de la competencia. La sustitución solo es válida para atletas activos, no para expulsados.

8. Soy atleta venezolano pero no me inscribí en el lapso establecido, puedo hacerlo posteriormente?

Respuesta: Para la inscripción de atletas venezolanos se estableció como fecha límite el 31 de julio, con la ventaja de poder efectuar su inscripción en bolívares. Si pasada esta fecha algún atleta venezolano desea incorporarse al evento debe esperar el lapso de las inscripciones para atletas extranjeros que serán los días 17 y 18 de septiembre con la particularidad que deben hacerlo en dólares, como todos los participantes foráneos.

9. Cómo debe ser el uniforme?

Respuesta: El Reglamento de la Federación Internacional de Dominó establece que el uniforme debe ser camisa o franela con cuello solapado (tipo chemisse) y pantalón largo hasta el tobillo. Se prohíbe el uso de faldas, lycras, bermudas o pescadores. En las modalidades por parejas y por equipos todos los integrantes deben estar uniformados igualmente tanto en forma, color y distintivos.

10. Cómo es el puntaje en esta competencia?

Respuesta: Las partidas tienen como límite doscientos (200) puntos o cuarenta y cinco (45) minutos (lo que ocurra primero). Cuando un atleta domina una mano contará los puntos de las fichas no jugadas de la pareja contraria más las fichas no jugadas de su compañero. En situación de tranca se le adjudicarán a la pareja ganadora de la misma la sumatoria de todos los puntos de las fichas de las dos parejas.

11. Cómo es la acumulación de tarjetas?

Respuesta: Por tratarse de un Campeonato Mundial con tres (03) modalidades (individual, por parejas y por equipos) las tarjetas que se impongan a los atletas tienen carácter acumulativo a lo largo de los tres (03) días de competencia, por lo tanto, si algún atleta es expulsado no podrá continuar en ninguna otra modalidad.

12. Somos dos parejas que nos inscribimos tanto en las modalidades por parejas y por equipos, si en la modalidad por parejas resultó expulsado alguno de nosotros podemos sustituirlo para la modalidad por equipos?

Respuesta: No, si en la modalidad por equipos no tuvieron la precaución de inscribir un atleta suplente no podrán incorporar a uno a última hora, igual sucede si por razones de salud o causas de fuerza mayor debe retirarse algún integrante del equipo.

13. Me inscribí en las tres (03) modalidades y no pude llegar o llegué tarde a la modalidad individual, cual es mi situación?

Respuesta: Cuando un atleta no comparece a jugar una partida y pierde por forfait la misma, el infractor queda con tarjeta roja por considerarse esta situación una falta grave. Al no comparecer en la siguiente ronda queda impuesto de una segunda tarjeta roja dando como resultado una tarjeta negra y la expulsión de todo el Campeonato Mundial, es decir, de todas las modalidades.

14. Soy atleta venezolano inscrito en el Campeonato Mundial y por causas ajenas a mi voluntad no puedo participar en él, cual es mi situación?

Respuesta: En este caso la alternativa que existe es que te sustituya otro atleta, para lo cual debes notificarlo formalmente, suministrando de manera escaneada la cédula de identidad de tu remplazo. No habrá en ningún caso reintegro de dinero. La fecha tope para las sustituciones por este concepto será el 18 de septiembre hasta las 09:00 pm. El día de la competencia no habrá modificaciones en este sentido, sin excepción.

BULLETIN NEWSLETTER N ° 02

Under countless questions related to the holding of the IX world Domino Championship of the FID, give answer to some questions which we hope are useful to all participating athletes.

Frequently asked questions:

1. Have the obligation to enroll in the three (03) Championships?

Answer: No, each athlete may enroll in the mode you prefer. The registration fee is established in information bulletin # 01.

2. If I am female athlete I have to play the modality couples with another athlete?

Answer: No, this modality has separation of genders, therefore all couples will be considered equal. Athletes can form pairs of same or different gender.

3 If I am female athlete I have to play the form teams with other athletes?

Answer: No, this modality has separation of genders, therefore all equipment shall be considered equal. Teams made up of athletes from the same or different gender may form.

4. How does the modality by teams?

Answer: The teams are made up by four (04) athletes who play the twelve (12) rounds by rotating it between if, so that each athlete will play four (04) items with each of the members of the team.

5. How it operates the situation of the alternate mode team?

Answer: This method provides the possibility of replacement of a (01) athlete for each team. It is the only mode that allows this situation and involves the use of a technical nature for its efficient operation strategies. It is very useful when presents the position that any member of the team was imposed of red card and another card of any color would be expelled from the competition cancelling any possibility of the team's success. It can also be used as a strategy of strengthening the situation of low performance of any member of the team athlete.

6. How to use the alternate athlete in team mode?

12 We are two couples that we put both modalities by couples and teams, if in the form tag was expelled any of us can replace it for the modality by teams?

13 I enrolled in three (03) modalities and I could not get or arrived late to the individual modality, which is my situation?

Answer: When an athlete does not appear to play a game and lose by Lys the same, the offender remains with red card consider this situation serious misconduct. To not appear in the next round he is imposed a second red card resulting in a black card and the expulsion of all the World Championship, i.e. all modalities.

14 Am Venezuelan athlete enrolled at the World Championships, and for reasons beyond my control I can not participate in it, which is my situation?

Answer: in this case the alternative that exists is that you replace you another athlete, for which you must notify it formally, providing way scanned the identity cards of your replacement. There is, in any case, reinstatement of money. The deadline for replacements under this heading will be September 18 until 09: 00 pm. The day of the competition there will be no changes in this regard, without exception.

BOLETÍN INFORMATIVO N° 01

Introducción:

La República Bolivariana de Venezuela ha sido designada sede para la celebración del IX Campeonato Mundial de Dominó del 17 al 21 de septiembre y se ha escogido al Hotel Hesperia WTC, ubicado en Naguanagua, Valencia como sede del mismo. Por primera vez en la historia se celebrarán en forma conjunta las tres modalidades existentes para el Dominó federado internacional como lo son individual, por parejas y por equipos.

Esperamos contar con una asistencia masiva de atletas y países para esta magna prueba. Según nuestras proyecciones contaremos con la presencia de mas de 1.000 atletas provenientes de cerca de 21 países: Aruba, Colombia, Brasil, Panamá, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, México, Estados Unidos, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Jamaica, Bahamas, República Dominicana, Barbados, Curaçao, España, Rusia, Abjasia, Uzbekistan, Moldavia, Turquía, entre otros.

El presente Boletín Informativo pretende difundir de carácter oficial todos los pormenores inherentes a la realización del Campeonato Mundial para el conocimiento de todos los atletas interesados en participar en el. Bienvenidos!

Campeonato Mundial Individual:

Por primera vez en la historia se realizará bajo la modalidad de géneros separados, masculino y femenino. Cada uno tendrá la premiación en medallas e incentivo metálico respectivo. Se jugarán doce (12) rondas en dos tandas de seis (06) cada una con partidas a 200 tantos o 45 minutos según el Reglamento de la Federación Internacional de Dominó (FID). La modalidad individual contempla que cada atleta jugará las doce (12) partidas con compañeros(as) diferentes bajo el Sistema Suizo de Competencia, ordenando los resultados de acuerdo al siguiente orden:

1º. Partidas ganadas

2º. Efectividad

3º. Puntos obtenidos

Campeonato Mundial por Parejas:

No habrá separación de géneros, tendrá la premiación en medallas e incentivo metálico respectivo. Se jugarán doce (12) rondas en dos tandas de seis (06) cada una con partidas a 200 tantos o 45 minutos según el Reglamento de la Federación Internacional de Dominó (FID). La modalidad por parejas contempla que cada atleta jugará las doce (12) partidas con su mismo(a) compañero(a) bajo el Sistema Suizo de Competencia, ordenando los resultados de acuerdo al siguiente orden:

Campeonato Mundial por Equipos:

No habrá separación de géneros, tendrá la premiación en medallas e incentivo metálico respectivo. Se jugarán doce (12) rondas en dos tandas de seis (06) cada una con partidas a 200 tantos o 45 minutos según el Reglamento de la Federación Internacional de Dominó (FID). La modalidad por equipos compuestos por cuatro (04) atletas contempla que cada atleta jugará las doce (12) partidas alternando como parejas a compañeros(as) de su equipo, es decir, jugará cuatro (04) partidas con cada integrante del equipo bajo el Sistema Suizo de Competencia, ordenando los resultados de acuerdo al siguiente orden:

1º. Partidas ganadas

2º. Efectividad

3º. Puntos obtenidos

Régimen de sanciones:

Se aplicará rigurosamente lo establecido en el Reglamento vigente de la Federación Internacional de Dominó. Por tratarse de un solo Campeonato Mundial con las tres modalidades conocidas (individual, por parejas y por equipos), las tarjetas tendrán carácter acumulativo a lo largo de los tres (03) días de competencia con las siguientes características:

 Tarjeta amarilla: equivale a una amonestación sencilla motivada a una falta leve.

 Tarjeta roja: amonestación motivada a una falta grave, también equivale a dos (02) tarjetas amarillas y conlleva la pérdida del partido con anotación 200 a 0, independientemente del estado de la tantera.

 Tarjeta Negra: amonestación motivada a una falta muy grave, también equivale a tres (03) tarjetas amarillas o una (01) tarjeta roja y una (01) tarjeta amarilla y conlleva a la expulsión del atleta de la competencia.

Sólo en la modalidad por equipos se permitirá la sustitución de atletas en el transcurso de la competencia siempre y cuando cumpla con lo siguiente:

1º. Que haya sido inscrito como suplente del equipo en el momento de las inscripciones.

2º. Un atleta suplente por equipo.

3º. Atleta remplazado no podrá volver a jugar en la competencia.

4º. Atleta expulsado por imposición de tarjeta negra no podrá ser remplazado.

Inscripciones:

Por ser una competencia de carácter internacional las inscripciones y premiación se hacen en dólares estadounidenses de acuerdo a la siguiente escala por atleta:

 Una modalidad: U.S. $ 130,00

 Dos modalidades: U.S. $ 200,00

 Tres modalidades: U.S. $ 250,00

De acuerdo a la normativa cambiaria oficial vigente en el país se tiene previsto permitir la inscripción de atletas venezolanos residentes en el país en moneda de curso legal, es decir, en bolívares. La fecha límite para las inscripciones será el 31 de julio de 2012 (NO HABRÁ PRÓRROGA). Para tal efecto se ha aperturado una cuenta bancaria exclusivamente para este propósito identificada de la siguiente manera:

Los costos en bolívares por concepto de inscripción para atletas venezolanos serán los siguientes:

 Una modalidad: Bs. 559,00

 Dos modalidades: Bs. 860,00

 Tres modalidades: Bs. 1.075,00

Cada atleta que realice su depósito o transferencia electrónica debe escanear el comprobante de pago y junto a su cédula de identidad enviarla a la siguiente dirección electrónica: fvdsecretaria@gmail.com

Si un atleta se inscribe para jugar el Campeonato Mundial por Parejas debe efectuar su inscripción junto a su compañero(a).

Si un atleta se inscribe para jugar el Campeonato Mundial por Equipos debe efectuar su inscripción junto a los integrantes del equipo y deben asignarle un nombre a su equipo.

Uniformidad:

De acuerdo al Reglamento vigente, en las modalidades por parejas y por equipos, los atletas deben presentarse con un uniforme igual en forma y color.

Premiación:

La premiación dispuesta para el IX Campeonato Mundial de Dominó es la siguiente:

 Individual masculino:

 1er lugar Medalla dorada U.S. $ 4.000,00

 2do lugar Medalla plateada U.S. $ 3.000,00

 3er lugar Medalla bronceada U.S. $ 2.000,00

 4to lugar U.S. $ 1.000,00

Total U.S. $ 10.000,00

 Individual femenino:

 1er lugar Medalla dorada U.S. $ 4.000,00

 2do lugar Medalla plateada U.S. $ 3.000,00

 3er lugar Medalla bronceada U.S. $ 2.000,00

 4to lugar U.S. $ 1.000,00

Total U.S. $ 10.000,00

 Por parejas:

 1er lugar Medalla dorada U.S. $ 4.000,00

 2do lugar Medalla plateada U.S. $ 3.000,00

Introduction:

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has been designated venue for the celebration of the IX world Dominos Championship from 17 to 21 September and has been chosen to the WTC Hesperia Hotel, located in Naguanagua, Valencia as the venue for the same. The three existing modalities for the Federated Domino international as they are individual, couples and teams will be held jointly for the first time in history.

We look forward to massive assistance of athletes and countries for this magna test. According to our projections will count with the presence of more than 1,000 athletes from about 21 countries: Aruba, Colombia, Brazil, Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Mexico, United States, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Jamaica, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Barbados, Curaçao, Spain, Russia, Abkhazia, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Turkey, among others.

Individual World Championship:

For the first time in history held in the form of separate, masculine and feminine gender. Each will have the award medals and respective cash incentive. Play twelve (12) rounds in two batches of six (06) each with games to as many 200 or 45 minutes according to the rules of the International Federation of Domino (Fidelity). The individual modality provides that each athlete will play the twelve (12) items with compañeros (as) different bass the Swiss system of competition, ordering the results according to the following order:

World Tag Team Championship:

There will be no gender gap, you have the award medals and respective cash incentive. Play twelve (12) rounds in two batches of six (06) each with games to as many 200 or 45 minutes according to the rules of the International Federation of Domino (Fidelity). The modality couples contemplates each athlete to play the twelve (12) items with himself (a) friend (a) below the Swiss system of competition, ordering the results according to the following order:

3rd. Points obtained

World Team Championships:

There will be no gender gap, you have the award medals and respective cash incentive. Play twelve (12) rounds in two batches of six (06) each with games to as many 200 or 45 minutes according to the rules of the International Federation of Domino (Fidelity). The modality by teams made up of four (04) athletes provides that each athlete will play the twelve (12) items alternating as couples to partner (s) on your computer, i.e. play four (04) items with each Member of the team under the Swiss system of competition, ordering the results according to the following order:

2nd. Effectiveness

3rd. Points obtained

Sanctions regime:

Apply rigorously established in the existing regulation of the international Domino Federation. For being a single World Championship with the three known modes (solo, couples and teams), the cards will have cumulative nature over the (03) three days of competition with the following characteristics:

• Yellow card: is equivalent to a simple reprimand motivated to a slight lack.

• Red card: motivated reprimand for serious misconduct, also equals two (02) yellow cards and entails the loss of the match scoring 200 to 0, regardless of the State of the tantera.

• Black card: motivated reprimand to a very serious misconduct, also equals three (03) yellow card or a red card (01) and a card (01) yellow and leads to the expulsion of the athlete from competition.

Only in team mode the replacement of athletes over the course of the competition will be allowed provided that it complies with the following:

1. That it has been registered as alternate for the team at the time of registration.

2nd. An alternate athlete team.

3rd. Replaced athlete may not return to play in the competition.

4th. Athlete expelled by imposition of black card will not be replaced.

Inscriptions:

As an international competition entries and awards are made in US dollars according to the following scale for athlete:

• A modality: U.S. 130,00

• Two modalities: U.S. 200,00

• Three modes: U.S. 250,00

Accordance with the official exchange rate regulation in the country are expected to allow the registration of Venezuelan athletes resident in the country in currency of legal tender, i.e., in Bolivar. The deadline for entries is 31 July 2012 (NO HABRÁ extension). For this purpose it has opened a bank account solely for this purpose identified in the following manner:

Dominó Nacional / Nueva Sede y Nueva Fecha del Torneo Nacional de Parejas Mixtas.

Amigos, fue modificado el Circuito Federativo de La Federación Venezolana de Dominó “FVD”, el Torneo Nacional Categoría: Abierta, Modalidad Parejas Mixtas, programado inicialmente para el día sábado 30/06/2012 en la Ciudad de Maturín, fue suspendido, cambiando su Sede para el Municipio San Diego del Estado Carabobo, Lugar: Centro Social Madeirense La Cumaca, y la nueva fecha del Evento fue fijada para el día sábado 07/07/2012.

Es importante diferenciar los Campeonatos Nacionales y los Torneos Nacionales, ya que los Torneos Nacionales pueden participar todos los que asistan y cumplan con los requisitos de Inscripción y Matrícula, es decir no hay limitante en el número de participantes por Asociación Estadal, ahora bien en los Campeonatos Nacionales las Asociaciones Estadales de Dominó solamente podrán participar con su “Selección Estadal”, la cual siempre tendrá como limitante Doce (12) Atletas en Femeninos y Doce (12) en Masculino.

Agradecimiento a Mis Lectores, Llegamos a Cincuenta Mil (50.000) y 106 Países del Mundo.

Queridos Amigos, con mucho orgullo y la satisfacción que da el haber cumplido, me permito informarles que nuestro querido “BLOG”, hoy 31/05/2012 arriba a la cantidad de: CINCUENTA MIL LECTORES (50.000), es fácil pronunciarlo pero realmente hay que recorrer terreno, obviamente esto ocurre gracias a todos Ustedes, que me han motivado lo suficiente para continuar escribiendo acerca del maravilloso Deporte de la Mente llamado “EL DOMINO”, donde vale la pena decir, que todos nos creemos los dueños de la verdad. Quiero también señalar que desde el mes de Diciembre del 2011 donde arribamos a la cantidad de CUARENTA Mil (40.000) Lectores a la fecha, hemos alcanzado en apenas CINCO (5) meses llegar a esta hermosa Cifra, definitivamente la cantidad de Cincuenta Mil (50.000) Lectores a nivel Internacional es significativo, por lo que me causa una gran satisfacción, pero sobre todo me da la Motivación necesaria para continuar dirigiéndome a cada uno de Ustedes a través de esta maravillosa plataforma de Internet.

Cuando tomé esta iniciativa y empecé a escribir sobre este juego, lo hice todo el tiempo en función de dejar claramente establecidos Criterios y Conceptos válidos para mejorar la calidad de juego de los Practicantes, en ningún momento fue para enseñarlos a jugar Dominó, sino simplemente tratar de fortalecer y mejorar la calidad de juego de cada uno de Ustedes y siempre de manera practica y sobre todo lo mas diáfano posible, asimismo decidí informarles de amenos comentarios y anécdotas del Dominó Nacional e Internacional.

Continuo aseverando como lo he mantenido desde el inicio de mis escritos, que este maravilloso Juego de la Mente es totalmente “Disociador”, ya que nos enfrenta no solamente contra dos Contrarios, sino también a veces con nuestros propios compañeros y amigos, destacando que no todo el mundo sabe perder, bueno este comentario es válido y todos sin excepción lo hemos experimentado.

Ahora bien, a continuación me permito señalarles los Nombres de los Países que han leído mis páginas, advirtiéndoles que sólo pude computar a partir del mes de mayo del año 2009 a la fecha, ya que lamentablemente no se como acceder a la información correspondiente al año 2008, pero de todas maneras gracias mil gracias y a continuación describo los Nombres de los CIENTO SEIS (106) Países de Cinco (05) Continentes que a la fecha han visitado estas Páginas, me he permitido ordenados alfabéticamente y de Diez en Diez de manera de facilitar la identificación de cada uno de estos Países:
