BULLETIN NEWSLETTER N ° 01
Introduction:
The
Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has been designated venue for the celebration
of the IX world Dominos Championship from 17 to 21 September and has been
chosen to the WTC Hesperia Hotel, located in Naguanagua, Valencia as the venue
for the same. The three existing modalities for the Federated Domino
international as they are individual, couples and teams will be held jointly
for the first time in history.
We look
forward to massive assistance of athletes and countries for this magna test.
According to our projections will count with the presence of more than 1,000
athletes from about 21 countries: Aruba, Colombia, Brazil, Panama, Nicaragua,
Costa Rica, Mexico, United States, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Jamaica, Bahamas,
Dominican Republic, Barbados, Curaçao, Spain, Russia, Abkhazia, Uzbekistan,
Moldova, Turkey, among others.
This
newsletter aims to disseminate official all details inherent in the realization
of the World Championship for the knowledge of all athletes interested in
participating in the. Welcome!

Individual World
Championship:
For the first time in history held in the form
of separate, masculine and feminine gender. Each will have the award medals and
respective cash incentive. Play twelve (12) rounds in two batches of six (06)
each with games to as many 200 or 45 minutes according to the rules of the
International Federation of Domino (Fidelity). The individual modality provides
that each athlete will play the twelve (12) items with compañeros (as)
different bass the Swiss system of competition, ordering the results according
to the following order:
1. Earned games
2nd. Effectiveness
3rd. Points obtained
World Tag Team
Championship:
There will be no gender gap, you have the award
medals and respective cash incentive. Play twelve (12) rounds in two batches of
six (06) each with games to as many 200 or 45 minutes according to the rules of
the International Federation of Domino (Fidelity). The modality couples
contemplates each athlete to play the twelve (12) items with himself (a) friend
(a) below the Swiss system of competition, ordering the results according to
the following order:
1. Earned games
2nd. Effectiveness
3rd. Points obtained
World Team
Championships:
There will be no gender gap, you have the award
medals and respective cash incentive. Play twelve (12) rounds in two batches of
six (06) each with games to as many 200 or 45 minutes according to the rules of
the International Federation of Domino (Fidelity). The modality by teams made
up of four (04) athletes provides that each athlete will play the twelve (12)
items alternating as couples to partner (s) on your computer, i.e. play four
(04) items with each Member of the team under the Swiss system of competition,
ordering the results according to the following order:
1. Earned games
2nd. Effectiveness
3rd. Points obtained
Sanctions
regime:
Apply rigorously established in the existing
regulation of the international Domino Federation. For being a single World
Championship with the three known modes (solo, couples and teams), the cards
will have cumulative nature over the (03) three days of competition with the
following characteristics:
• Yellow
card: is equivalent to a simple reprimand motivated to a slight lack.
• Red
card: motivated reprimand for serious misconduct, also equals two (02)
yellow cards and entails the loss of the match scoring 200 to 0, regardless of
the State of the tantera.
• Black
card: motivated reprimand to a very serious misconduct, also equals three
(03) yellow card or a red card (01) and a card (01) yellow and leads to the
expulsion of the athlete from competition.
Only in team mode the replacement of athletes
over the course of the competition will be allowed provided that it complies
with the following:
1. That it has been registered as alternate for
the team at the time of registration.
2nd. An alternate athlete team.
3rd. Replaced athlete may not return to play in
the competition.
4th. Athlete expelled by imposition of black
card will not be replaced.
Inscriptions:
As an international competition entries and
awards are made in US dollars according to the following scale for athlete:
• A modality: U.S. 130,00
• Two modalities: U.S. 200,00
• Three modes: U.S. 250,00
Accordance with the official exchange rate
regulation in the country are expected to allow the registration of Venezuelan
athletes resident in the country in currency of legal tender, i.e., in Bolivar.
The deadline for entries is 31 July 2012 (NO HABRÁ extension). For this purpose
it has opened a bank account solely for this purpose identified in the
following manner:

per registration for Venezuelan athletes will be the following:

Each athlete to make your deposit or wire
transfer must scan the receipt along with your identity card and payment send
it to the following e-mail address: fvdsecretariagmail.com
If an athlete register to play the World Tag
Team Championship partner registration must be (a).
If an athlete register to play the World Championship
for teams must be its registration with the members of the team and they must
assign a name to your team.
Uniformity:
According to the existing regulation,
modalities for couples and for teams, athletes must be submitted with a same
uniform in shape and colour.
