Results of the National Championship by teams - August 2012

Dear friends, day 18-08-12 Saturday despite the weather limitations that we are facing as a result of rains in all the national territory, it carried out in facilities of the Italian Club Venezuelan headquarters Caracas, the "Championship national of Domino per equipment female and male".

The women's competition was marked by the participation of thirteen (13) state associations, composed of twenty (20) equipment female, consisting of 122 athletes, 120 main and 02 alternates representing the following States of the Republic: Anzoátegui, Aragua, Bolivar, Carabobo, Cojedes, Capital District, Guárico, Lara, Miranda, Monagas, Vargas, Yaracuy and Zulia.

The male competition was marked by the participation of thirteen (13) state associations, composed of twenty-four (24) equipment men, consisting of 146 athletes, 144 main and 02 alternates representing the following States of the Republic: Anzoátegui, Aragua, Bolivar, Carabobo, Cojedes, Capital District, Guárico, Lara, Miranda, Monagas, Vargas, Yaracuy and Zulia.

In this sense then I would point out the results of the event:

Women's teams:

1st. place gold medal for the partnership of Domino of the Miranda State, represented by the following athletes:

·         Yudamin Mata / 8 ganados y 1 perdido – Efectividad de 493 puntos.

·         Yolimar Guevara / 7 ganados y 2 perdidos – Efectividad de 431 puntos.

·         Carolina Méndez / 6 ganados y 3 perdidos – Efectividad de 350 puntos.

·         Lucimar Gamboa / 5 Ganados y 4 perdidos – Efectividad de 132 puntos.

·         Vanessa Carrillo / 5 ganados y 4 perdidos – Efectividad de 95 puntos.

·         Dulce Ruiz / 5 ganados y 4 perdidos – Efectividad de 59 puntos.

2nd. place silver medal for the partnership of Domino of the Miranda State, represented by the following athletes:

·         Ligia Romero / 8 ganados y 1 perdido – Efectividad de 329 puntos.

·         Lina Guevara / 7 ganados y 2 perdidos – Efectividad de 333 puntos.

·         Flor Lozada / 7 ganados y 2 perdidos – Efectividad de 248 puntos.

·         Gabriela Meneses / 6 Ganados y 3 perdidos – Efectividad de 97 puntos.

·         Rosa Alonzo / 4 ganados y 5 perdidos – Efectividad de -68 puntos.

·         Magaly Cárdenas / 4 ganados y 5 perdidos – Efectividad de -70 puntos.

3rd. place bronze medal for the partnership of Domino of the Capital District, represented by the following athletes:

·         Carolina Hidalgo / 7 ganados y 2 perdidos – Efectividad de 278 puntos.

·         Patricia Rosciano / 7 ganados y 2 perdidos – Efectividad de 266 puntos.

·         Felicidad Jardín / 6 ganados y 3 perdidos – Efectividad de 263 puntos.

·         Alba Morela Sayago / 5 Ganados y 4 perdidos – Efectividad de 230 puntos.

·         Margarita Alvarez / 5 ganados y 4 perdidos – Efectividad de 178 puntos.

·         Luisa Gómez / 4 ganados y 5 perdidos – Efectividad de 199 puntos.

1st. place gold medal for the partnership of Domino of Carabobo State, represented by the following athletes:

·         Elio Belandria / 7 ganados y 2 perdidos – Efectividad de 383 puntos.

·         Héctor Ospino / 5 Ganados y 4 perdidos – Efectividad de 136 puntos.

·         Vincenzo Rossetti / 5 ganados y 4 perdidos – Efectividad de 119 puntos.

3rd. place bronze medal for the partnership of Domino of Aragua State, represented by the following athletes:

·         José Rafael Hernández / 6 ganados y 3 perdidos – Efectividad de 318 puntos.

·         Elías Alcántara / 6 ganados y 3 perdidos – Efectividad de 255 puntos.

·         Carlos Blanco / 6 ganados y 3 perdidos – Efectividad de 251 puntos.

·         William Rodríguez / 6 Ganados y 3 perdidos – Efectividad de 155 puntos.

·         Jorge Abreu / 5 ganados y 4 perdidos – Efectividad de 70 puntos.

·         Eleazar Bastardo / 5 ganados y 4 perdidos – Efectividad de 42 puntos.

I must congratulate the Domino ladies of the Miranda State for having attained the gold and silver medals respectively, also congratulate the representation of the Capital District on the bronze medal achieved in such tough competition.

I am also pleased to inform the community of Dominocistas of the world, that again our dear Association of Domino of Carabobo State, reached the gold medal, again demonstrating that Carabobo is synonymous with triumph and fair play, bravo for every one of their athletes, and especially to our Board of directors chaired by our dear friend Victor Adante (another trophy Victor) well we are. Our beloved ladies of the Carabobeño Domino reached the fifth place of the competition, once again demonstrating its quality champions, bravo girls were as always magnificent.

I would like to also express my dear Presidents, Don Lucas Guittard and Efrain Velazquez, worthy representatives of the international Domino and Domino national respectively, as well as also to the President of the Venezuelan Italian Club headquarters Caracas Mr. Pietro Caschetta, my gratitude for the welcome and the words expressed about my person and my dear Domino book Bautizado which was in that Club's facilities, filling of emotion and feelings totally inspirational, thank you friends thank you very much, my heart always will be next to each one of you.
